Job Description and Responsibilities
- Carry out regular monitoring and surveillance of production areas to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Support investigations into incidents and accidents, including warranty claims and issues involving aircraft or related equipment.
- Prepare and analyze Aircraft Summary Reports in collaboration with the Technical Records Office.
- Review and authorize routine production work documents under supervision.
- Conduct audits following the approved internal audit schedule.
- Maintain and update SOPs and Quality Manuals as instructed.
- Perform quality inspections of production tasks according to SOPs.
- Examine tools, test equipment, and jigs to ensure proper condition and handling.
- Confirm certification of production work documents.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Quality Superintendent or Quality Engineer.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Aerospace or Aviation Engineering, or a related qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably with military background.
- At least 1 year of experience working within a Quality environment.
- Good understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent.
- Strong observational skills, keen attention to detail, and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and generating reports.
