• Position : Quality Control (QC) Inspector (Gul Drive)

• Location : Gul Drive

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2700 Basic + Performance Bonus + 12 Days Annual Leave

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Technical Fabric and Cable Accessories Manufacturer

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily Inspection & Testing: Conduct routine checks on raw materials and finished goods using equipment like tensile testers and gauges. Monitor production, analyze data, and enforce quality by approving/rejecting products and halting production/shipment if standards are not met.

• Quality Documentation & ISO Compliance: Manage ISO 9001 documentation, maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), and support audits. Ensure all laboratory equipment calibration records are current.

• Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions: Report quality failures and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process by collaborating with production and engineering teams to find root causes and solutions.

• Process Improvement & Support: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, provide quality-related technical support to production, and help update testing procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent able to understand basic English

• Experience with inspection or laboratory equipment is an advantage (e.g., tensile strength tester, caliper, micrometer).

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
