Quality Inspector / QC Inspector

Basic Salary: S$2,500-S$3,200 + Transport Allowance
5-Day Work Week

Key Responsibilities

. Perform incoming, in-process and final product inspections
. Maintain material/component traceability and update router sheets
. Use calibrated measuring and inspection equipment
. Identify and report non-conformances to Supervisor/Lead
. Re-inspect repaired/reworked items before release
. Complete inspection records and documentation before shipment
. Support new staff orientation and on-the-job training
. Follow company Safety, Quality and Code of Business Conduct guidelines
. Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management initiatives

Requirements

NITEC / O Level / N Level
1-2 years experience in manufacturing environment
Oil & Gas manufacturing experience is an advantage
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / QMS / Quality Control preferred
Experience with measuring tools/equipment preferred
Knowledge of LDP (Liquid Dye Penetrant) / NDT is an advantage
