The JOB HOLDER will undertake the following duties:
- Maintain and ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management Systems in the organization.
- Coordinate and perform Internal QMS Audits in accordance to IS09001and OHSA requirements.
- Support external audits by Corporate Quality, Customers and 3rd Party Certification bodies.
- Participate and support the new product and process qualification activities.
- Drive Continual Improvement projects with cross-functional team.
- Co-ordinate QA/QC reports including CPAR, NCR, and Customer complaints.
- Oversee, compile and approve compilation of Documentation Packages to meet customer requirements.
- Supervise QC Inspectors with guidance and direction to meet targets.
- Provide appropriate on the Job Training and source external training providers where required within Bohler.
- Maintain measuring & safety equipment's.
- Assist Quality Manager. Lead in all areas of QA and QC/OSHA within the facility.
- Drive timely quality issue resolution relating to supplier, process and customer feedback through effective CAPA process.
- Co-ordinate QA/QC reports including CPAR, NCR, and Customer complaints.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assign.
