Quality Executive

Role Description

The Quality Executive will be responsible to ensure compliance in SS651, ISO 9001, 18001, and 45001standards in the operations departments.

Duties:

1. Drive compliance by working closely with Business Units (Warehouse, Transportation, Depots)

2. File & upkeep all hardcopy and softcopy documents

3. Handle process and compliance audit inquiries in internal & external audits

4. Participate in internal & external training to stay up to date in SS651, ISO 9001, 18001, and 45001 standards

5. Oversee various daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections in QEHS and account-specific regime

6. Prepare monthly compliance report for QEHS requirements

7. Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules

8. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements:

1. Diploma holders in Engineering or Business or possess relevant certification in QESH

2. Possess good knowledge in SS651, ISO9001, 18001 and 45001 standards

3. Minimum 2 years experiences in QESH management system and auditing

4. Able to analyse issues with problem solving and root cause analysis tools

5. Good communication skills and able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
