Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management Systems(ISO9001-2015, ISO14001-2015, AS9100, ISO45001(OSHA), Nadcap)
- Manage the Internal and External Audits.
- Review specifications and requirements,
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Team to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with Quality and safety regulations.
- Investigating and troubleshooting Quality or production issues.
- Identify Root Causes of problems implements and monitor effectiveness of corrective/Preventive measures.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance(KPI) to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects.
- Performs any other duty as assigned by the management.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Diploma in Quality or Mechanical engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), inspection and testing methodologies.
- Experience in QA/QC function, ability to read Technical Drawing and use of measuring instrument
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
- Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the organizations production processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to serve as a liaison with customers, suppliers and internal team members.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Certified Auditor is an added advantage.
