As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
Your daytoday activities will include performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategies, developing automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration.
You will participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the endtoend testing process.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure highquality software delivery.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development process.
Utilize automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices in testing and quality assurance.
Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to align with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management is required.
Advanced proficiency in System Defect Management, System Integration Testing, and Salesforce Service Cloud is recommended.
