Responsibilities
- Enable full-stack solutions through multi-disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and ensure quality across the application lifecycle.
- Perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites create automation strategies and develop automated scripts.
- Support data and environment configuration for testing activities.
- Participate in code reviews, monitor defects, and report findings to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development process.
- Utilize automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct training sessions on testing and quality assurance best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to align with industry standards.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management.
- Strong knowledge of System Defect Management, System Integration Testing, and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor team members.
