Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Deployment of Corrective & Preventive Action System, including verification of effectiveness of actions taken.
• Lead or attend Materials Review Board (MRB) to assure only quality of products to be shipped.
• Customer claim handling.
• Quality data reporting: Process / Product capability reporting (internal / external).
• Work with relevant departments to ensure CofC reporting is meeting customer requirements.
• Internal process and system audits.
• Participation in customer audits.
• Contributions to continuous improvement activities in support of company goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Physics or Chemistry background.
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience in implementation of SPC and QA control measures in semiconductor environment.
• Strong in statistical techniques and use of statistical tools.
• Knowledge in use of quality tools - FMEA, SPC, DOE, PPAP, APQP, MSA
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Implementation of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), with audit experience.
• Proficient in using PC / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) / SQL.
