As a Quality Engineer, you'll play a key role in driving product excellence, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a world-class high-precision manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and maintain quality systems and procedures
Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.)
Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and customers to resolve quality concerns
Conduct inspections, audits, and process validations
Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Support customer, supplier, and internal quality initiatives

What We're Looking For

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Quality Engineering (or related discipline)
Experience in quality engineering within precision engineering, semiconductor, medical devices, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing is preferred
Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, and CAPA
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or other quality management systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
