Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance of the inspectors and the machining plant
  • Provide QC technical support
  • Review customer specification including DBI, specs, etc
  • Handle customers complaints specific to quality non-conformance and audit compliance issues
  • Any other duties as assigned
