Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections to support production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to identify defects and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
- Support supplier quality management, including assessment of incoming materials and coordination with suppliers on quality concerns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during assembly and testing of electronic components.
- Maintain accurate documentation such as production records, test reports, repair history, and process data.
- Develop and verify test procedures, support failure analysis, and assist in first article builds and production transfer.
- Train production technicians on quality standards and inspection methods, while ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering with experience in electronics manufacturing quality roles.
- Proficiency in assembly tools, test equipment, and software (e.g., SolidWorks, ERP, Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and TQM is a plus.
