Responsibility:
1. Maintain and continuously improve the QMS in compliance with ISO standards, ensuring effective implementation, documentation control and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
2. Coordinate with operation, process, supply chain, commercial and R&D identification, for investigation documentation and closure of NC, including internal, supplier and customer complaint, using structured RCA and CAR.
3. Analyze and interpret process and quality data by using correct quality tools, including KPIs and trends, identify risk and monitor performance and support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
4. Act as quality interface for customers, managing customer complaints, quality inquiries and questionnaire, coordinating customer quality audits, including preparation, execution and timely closure.
5. Coordinate internal, external and ISO certification audits, ensuring audit readiness, effective response to findings, and follow up. Timely reporting of results and outcome to management.
6. Manage quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, records, change control and ensure accuracy, version control and proper implementation of changes.
7. Coordinate and facilitate Quality Management Review Meeting and ensure closure of the items.
8. Coordinate with external or internal parties for quality training when necessary.
9. Leads and coordinate internal audits to ensure compliance to ISO9001.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience working in a chemical plant as quality engineer, process engineer or QA specialist.
2. Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documenting results and following standard operating procedures.
3. Team Player: Capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment, collaborating with colleagues and communicating results and issues clearly.
4. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
5. Analytical and logical problem-solving skills: the ability to interpret process and quality data, recognize trends and risks, and translate insights into corrective and preventive actions.
