As a member of the Management Team, you will provide clear leadership and vision for
the implementation of the Company Wide Quality Strategy to exceed customer expectations for
product quality, logistics, technology and cost. You are responsible for all areas of the quality
function such as leading and developing quality and environmental management systems to
achieve best-in-class practices. You are also required to define, monitor and report on Key
Performance Indicators and drive continuous improvement across all functions to achieve
operational excellence.

Key Area of Responsibilities:
. Work closely with the Management Team to define and implement the company strategy
map.
. Lead the Quality Department to implement effective quality assurance and control
processes to ensure that the product delivered meets customers requirements and achieves
company quality objectives.
. Establish, implement and maintain Quality and Environmental systems in compliance with
ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
. Lead internal team to resolve serious quality escalation by customers.
. Define, monitor and report on company key performance indicators.
. Drive continuous improvement programs such as annual quality planning, lean Six Sigma
improvement projects, quality audits, etc to achieve operational excellence
. Work with process owners to establish, implement and optimize key business processes to
support company needs.
. Develop staff competencies through competency gap analysis and implementing the
individual development plan

Qualification & Experiences:
. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering
. 10 years of senior quality management experience in precision engineering, contract
manufacturing of complex semiconductor equipment, or wafer fab environment.
. Certified Quality Manager
. Certified ISO9001 & ISO14001 Auditor
. Certified Master Black Belt or Black Belt
