- Conduct quality inspections on both incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with internal standards and specifications.
- Carry out various product processes including quality checks, repairs, rework, and defect documentation.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of QC results and supplier documentation in the system.
- Assist in establishing SOPs and maintaining organized storage conditions and stock checklists.
- Support general quality control operations and participate in improvement initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in any discipline
- At least 1 year of QC experience in Jewellery or Manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with basic production workflows and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office able to work independently and learn quickly.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
