Duration: 6 Months Contract
Responsibilities:
- Inspection: Support visual and dimensional checks for incoming parts and sub-assemblies.
- Tool Usage: Proficient in using Vernier calipers, micrometer, and height gauges to verify specifications.
- Drawing Reading: Able to read and understand basic mechanical drawings.
- FIFO Management: Maintain Firs-In, First-Out lanes in the QC lab to prioritize critical items.
- Documentation: Record inspection results and assist in processing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
Requirements:
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of measurement tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge).
- Able to read basic mechanical drawings.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation practices.
- Able to work in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Prior QC inspection experience is an advantage but not required.
