Conduct rigorous checks on all goods intended for HPL sites. Identify and document defects, damages, or packing issues.
Report discrepancies to ADC personnel and HPL Operations / Warehouse immediately.
Reconcile physical cargo counts against Bill of Lading (BOL)/Delivery Orders (DO) and HPL system requirements.
Enforce HPL receiving guidelines by rejecting any cargo that does not meet quality or documentation standards before loading up to the trucks.
Manage the return of empty pallets, crates, or rejected parts from HPL back to the ADC / Supplier, ensuring all return-documentation is accurately endorsed.
Maintain a daily log of site activities, including cargo volume processed and any transporter performance issues.
What you need to have:
Willing to work overtime when required
Possess at least secondary education
Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically
Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment
Having own transport will be an added advantage but not a must.
