Quality Control & Risk Management Manager

We are working with an international audit consulting firm thats looking for a Quality Control & Risk Management Manager to join their Singapore office.

This is an impactful role where youll be part of the firms quality control team, ensuring audit work across the practice meets the highest professional, regulatory, and internal standards. This could be the perfect next step if youre an experienced auditor who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and raising the bar for quality.

What youll be doing:

• Reviewing audit engagements before opinions are signed off
• Running risk assessments and spotting gaps in controls
• Driving improvements and monitoring effectiveness of action plans
• Coaching teams to uplift technical and compliance standards
• Preparing reports for internal and regulatory reviews

What were looking for:

• 58 years experience in audit (Big 4 / large professional services background ideal)
• Strong knowledge of audit standards, compliance, or quality reviews
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
