Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end quality control activities, including incoming raw material inspections, in-process quality monitoring and final inspection of finished products.
Conduct drinking water quality inspections and monitor testing throughout the water treatment and bottling processes.
Perform daily hygiene and factory housekeeping inspections covering production floors, raw material storage areas and warehouse facilities.
Maintain laboratory inventory, ensure proper calibration of equipment and tools, and coordinate maintenance when required.
Conduct monthly verification of pest control inspections and maintain proper documentation.
Lead the application, implementation and renewal of quality certifications and standards in compliance with SFA (Singapore Food Agency), FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP and Halal requirements.
Conduct internal factory audits, annual ISO certification audits, surveillance audits and customer-related inspections.
Coordinate external laboratory testing of source water and finished drinking water to ensure compliance with SFA standards.
Investigate and analyse customer complaints and reported quality issues, ensuring proper corrective actions and timely closure in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Oversee quality management system compliance, customer quality performance indicators and overall quality control operations.
Conduct annual management reviews of the quality management system, including quality performance assessments, improvement plans and implementation.
Provide training and guidance to relevant teams on quality systems, policies, procedures and operational processes.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Quality Control (QC) / Quality Assurance (QA).
Diploma or Degree preferred. Candidates with relevant professional certifications will have an added advantage.
Knowledge of food safety management systems and relevant regulatory requirements.
Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Meticulous, responsible and organised, with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, QA applications and database management.
Good understanding of applicable quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
