Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures
Ensure products/services meet company standards and regulatory requirements
Lead and manage the QC team conduct training and performance reviews
Perform inspections, audits, and root-cause analysis for quality issues
Work closely with production/operations to drive continuous improvement
Prepare QC reports and documentation for management and authorities
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant QC/QA management experience
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools (e.g., SPC, CAPA)
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
