- Ensure warehouse incoming materials quality control are carried out timely and accurately.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Production QC role
- To execute quality control in pre-production, in-process and post-production checks for each batch produced as per MPT (master production ticket).
- Highlight and report any quality issues and non-conformance to production manager and QA team.
- To ensure line clearance during batch changeover.
- To ensure temperature and humidity conditions are within the specified limits at all times
- To check equipment used in production are calibrated.
- To ensure GMP CPM, Halal, GDP Medical device and therapeutic products are compliant and to report any non-conformances found during daily activities.
- To check post-production finished goods release.
Warehouse QC role
- To perform quality checks for stocks of new incoming bulk materials based on QA sampling plan.
- Highlight any quality issues and non-conformance to production manager and QA team.
- Management of retention samples and maintenance of retention samples record.
- Check quality of returned products and ensure requirements are met. Handling of trade returns including QC checks
Administrative role
- Generate MPT (master production tickets) per PO given by PMP customers.
- Assist QA team when needed.
- Any other duties assigned by superior / management.
