Quality Control Executive (Food)

Job scopes:

1. Factory equipment cleanlinessinspection before production.

2. Conduct thorough checks on rawmaterials and finished products for quality, including microbial, sensory, andvisual assessments.

3. Promptly report any quality issues tosupervisors for investigation and resolution.

4. Collaborate with other departments toschedule material inspections and sampling.

5. Verify certificates to ensure rawmaterials meet standards before use.

7. Maintain accurate records.

8. Manage inventory and uphold labcleanliness.

9. Issue Certificates of Analysis formaterials and products.
