About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control (QC) Personnel to join our production team. This role is critical in ensuring that all products meet our company's quality standards before delivery to customers. The successful candidate will also support operational logistics, including the collection and delivery of materials from/to our powder-coating vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control

• Inspect raw materials, work-in-process products, and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and standards.
• Conduct measurements, visual inspections, and functional tests on components and assembled products.
• Document inspection results, identify non-conformities, and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality checklists, inspection procedures, and records.
• Work closely with production, design, and procurement teams to address quality issues and ensure continuous improvement.

Operations Support

• Handle collection and delivery of materials to/from the powder-coating vendors.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-time working experience in any field in Singapore.
• Tranining will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail, with good knowledge of quality control methods and standards.
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.)
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to communicate clearly across departments.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• Physically fit to handle materials and occasional lifting.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Word) for record-keeping and reporting.
