We are looking for a Quality Control Chemist to provide an effective testing and analytical service to the plant ensuring that products manufactured are tested to specification on time and plant quality and safety goals are met. Ensure that all raw material, in-process and finished product testing and method transfer testing is carried out per schedule and per GMP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform biochemistry and analytical testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products to support timely lot release in accordance with quality standards.
- Support end-to-end laboratory operations, including method transfer, equipment qualification, calibration, maintenance, reagent preparation, and inventory management.
- Review test results and lot release data, identify discrepancies, and participate in investigations and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain GMP documentation, including SOPs, change controls, assay sheets, and LIMS records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Ensure laboratory readiness for audits and inspections by maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and proper housekeeping standards.

- Working knowledge of cGMP and regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, ICH).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
