Quality Control & Inspection: Ability to examine products, materials, and processes to ensure they meet specifications and standards.

Measurement & Testing: Proficient in using tools like calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other testing equipment.

Documentation & Reporting: Accurate recording of test results, inspections, deviations, and quality metrics.

Understanding Standards: Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, or industry-specific guidelines.

Basic IT Skills: Comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, and QA software for tracking defects and quality metrics.

Root Cause Analysis: Ability to identify causes of defects and suggest corrective actions.
