QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

• Perform quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.

• Conduct testing and analysis of products using specialized equipment and procedures.

• Document and report findings, including any non-conformities or deviations from standards, to management.

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols.

• Provide support to production personnel, including troubleshooting quality issues and providing training on quality assurance procedures.

• Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and quality issues, and work with other departments to resolve them.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in engineering, or any related field.

• Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use specialized equipment and procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, including ISO 9001 or other relevant standards.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision.
