Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement acceptance test plans based on technical drawings and customer requirements.
- Conduct precision metrology measurements using advanced optical and inspection equipment such as interferometers, goniometers, optical profilers, projectors, and other measurement tools.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external calibration activities to ensure equipment accuracy.
- Provide support for incoming and outsourced inspection processes as needed.
- Support final quality assurance checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Assist in supplier qualification activities and quality verification for new vendors.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Diploma Chemistry/Engineering studies, or a related field.
- Min 2 years relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge or experience in SPC will be advantagous.
