Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee effective implementation of the QMS throughout the company including management of FMEA, control plan, change control, documentation and internal/external audits

- Maintain the Quality Manuals, Procedures to ensure contents are appropriate and are aligned to the latest requirements

- Lead and manage QMS-related internal/external audits, work closely with inter-department to support the audit including post-audit follow-up on closure of corrective actions

- Timely review of customer's quality system related enquiry or document such as quality agreement, specification and audit checklist

- Review and prepare official reply to customers on product content environmental related enquiries such as RoHS, REACH and other substances of concern

- Coordinate technology transfer with other WW sites and to conduct trial production

- Support supplier quality management through periodic meeting, continuous improvement activities and on-site audit

- Support quality-driven projects or any duties that may be assigned by superior

Skills and Requirements:

- A degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Material Engineering discipline or equivalent - Preferably with good knowledge of IATF16949/ISO9001 and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good time management and teamwork
