Quality Assurance Specialist (PHARMA MNC) - East/Entry Level #HAO

Salary: up to $3200

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Changi (islandwide company pickup)

Job Description:

. Ensure all repackaging activities comply with authorized specifications, GMP, and regulatory requirements. Authorize to stop repackaging activities when necessary.

. Review, check, and approve repackaged product requirements, batch records, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.

. Verify correct execution of repackaging operations against approved procedures and instructions.

. Perform quality checks, create inspection lots, and record inspection results in SAP.

. Complete usage decisions, perform stock postings, and facilitate product release documentation.

. Liaise with Regulatory Pharmacist, Clients and stakeholders to ensure timely release of goods.

. Perform other QA release (e.g. cold chain temperature release, outbound release) if required.

. Ensure compliance with ISO, GxP and other regulatory requirements.

. Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout operations and the organization.

. Support adhoc projects, internal audits, deliver internal trainings, and participate in quality culture initiatives, including flexi-shift, overtime, and administrative duties when required.

. Perform back-up and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Life Sciences or similar
