Responsibilities:

Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse, transportation, and last-mile delivery activities.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling, and packaging quality.
Investigate quality issues such as mis-shipments, damages, delays, and non-conformances lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to address quality-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement actions.
Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, improve packaging standards, and optimize logistics flows.
Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards and procedures.
Report quality metrics (e.g., damage rate, mis-pick rate, claim frequency) and provide insights for performance improvement

Requirements:

Relevant Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management
3 years in a 3PL environment
Hands-on experience and knowledge in warehouse management system, warehouse operations and order processing.
Possess leadership quality, team player, meticulous, dedicated
Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment
