Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Maintain and manage quality documentation in accordance with QMS (e.g., SOPs, Work Instructions, Work Orders).
• Collaborate with Operations to address and resolve quality issues, including 8D investigations, non-conformance reports (NCRs), customer complaints, and audit corrective actions (CAPA).
• Conduct root cause analysis and follow through on corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Evaluate change requests and support their implementation through project execution.
• Participate in validation and temperature mapping reviews.
  
  

Training & Knowledge Management

• Conduct and monitor training sessions on Good Practices GxP, work instructions, and other quality-related topics.
• Ensure training records are accurately completed and retained per QMS requirements.
  
  

MIDC (Secondary Assembly) Oversight

• Verify line clearance and label printing quality.
• Perform sampling checks and approve MIDC Work Orders.
  
  

Operational Quality Support

• Conduct Gemba Walks and Self-Assessment to observe and improve quality practices on the floor.
• Lead Operations in closing non-conformities from quality audits.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Trained with ISO 13485, SS620 GDPMDS, and GxP principles (preferred).
• Experience with 8D problem-solving methodology (preferred).
• Internal Auditor certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar quality role.
• Polytechnic Diploma in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain (preferred).
• Prior experience in medical devices or regulated warehouse environments is advantageous.
