Job Description

Job Req Number: 113531

Time Type: Full Time

  • Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse,
  • transportation, and last-mile delivery activities.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling,
  • and packaging quality.
  • Investigate quality issues such as mis-shipments, damages, delays, and non-
  • conformances; lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to address
  • quality-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement
  • actions.
  • Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant
  • regulations.  
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, improve packaging
  • standards, and optimize logistics flows.
  • Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards and
  • procedures.
  • Report quality metrics (e.g., damage rate, mis-pick rate, claim frequency) and
  • provide insights for performance improvement
