- Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse,
- transportation, and last-mile delivery activities.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling,
- and packaging quality.
- Investigate quality issues such as mis-shipments, damages, delays, and non-
- conformances; lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to address
- quality-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement
- actions.
- Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant
- regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, improve packaging
- standards, and optimize logistics flows.
- Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards and
- procedures.
- Report quality metrics (e.g., damage rate, mis-pick rate, claim frequency) and
- provide insights for performance improvement
