Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse,transportation, and last-mile delivery activities.Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling,and packaging quality.Investigate quality issues such as mis-shipments, damages, delays, and non-conformances; lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to addressquality-related concerns.Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvementactions.Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevantregulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, improve packagingstandards, and optimize logistics flows.Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards andprocedures.Report quality metrics (e.g., damage rate, mis-pick rate, claim frequency) andprovide insights for performance improvement
