The candidate that will succeed in this position will be able to handle multiple QA related functions partially/fully dependent on the job assignment. The candidate will work with cross department and cross operation sites for daily operations support and improve the company's best practices from quality standpoint. The candidate responsibilities may include (but not limited) to below listed functions

Job Responsibilities:
-Handle customer complaints/ return/ improvement, follow-up the status and monitor the efficiency of progress.

-Coordinate customer audits/ QA visits/surveys and follow-up activities

-Handle customer's request and the relevant indices of customer satisfaction

- Primary interface between customers and internal teams regarding quality issues, manages customer complaints, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with industry standards.

- Lead and supervise a team and manage customer quality requirement/requests etc, timely resolve and close open case.


Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering (ex. electronics, material science, chemistry, physics)
-Good knowledge on semiconductor and technology

- 5 years relevant experience in module process/integration and/or quality field handling customer.
- Knowledge of problem solving (8D methodology), statistical techniques, production part approval process (PPAP) and planning/project management is an advantage

- Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO/TS16949 or VDA6.3 standards and audit handling/experience is preferred

- Experience with customer complaint management, root cause analysis, and corrective action systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and customer requirements to drive product quality improvements

- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with external partners/customers

- Proficient in presentation
