Role Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet established quality standards through the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes. The incumbent will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support quality compliance, and address product and operational quality concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with factories to address quality issues related to spare parts and product components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve quality concerns and implement improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with logistics teams to enhance warehouse-related quality processes and controls.
- Identify potential quality issues and improvement opportunities through customer feedback analysis.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and testing activities to ensure compliance with established quality requirements.
- Document testing results and maintain accurate quality records for monitoring and analysis purposes.
- Investigate customer complaints, non-conformance cases, and root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
- Support ad-hoc tasks, projects, and quality initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot tables.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
