Ensure all food products are produced in compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Oversee the entire quality assurance processes
Conduct regular internal audits for the organization, manage external inspections and liaise with regulatory agencies for annual audits
Ad-hoc duties with production and operations on a daily basis, e.g. maintenance and pest control
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with new R&D product projects
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor&aposs degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent
At least 1 Year of working experience in the Food Manufacturing/Baking is required for this position
Experience in Bakery, Food R&D, Frozen Dough and Pastries will be preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to communicate in English. Mandarin is also preferred in order to liaise with & Mandarin speaking associates from Export Markets
Prior experience with FSSC Certification process will be preferred
