Quality Assurance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support QA team members on the production floor

• Oversee in-process checks, batch record reviews, and product release procedures

• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other relevant regulatory standards

• Lead investigations into deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs

• Collaborate with Production, QC, and R&D teams to uphold quality standards

• Assist in audits (internal, third-party, and regulatory)

• Support training and onboarding of QA personnel

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of QA experience in pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality systems

• Demonstrated expertise in implementingFood Safety Management Systems, such as FSSC 22000, BRC, or SQF

• Possess technical knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and QC laboratory operations management.

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and communication

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with internal and external parties
