This critical role is designed to oversee the quality management lifecycle for high-impact solution projects, ensuring that all deliverables align with international standards and client expectations.
Develop and implement a project-specific quality management system to ensure process and product excellence throughout the project duration.
Collaborate with project leadership to monitor key performance indicators and report quality status to senior management.
Manage non-conformance reporting and conduct root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and prevention strategies.
Coordinate quality requirements across the internal and external supply chain, including supplier qualification and supervision.
Plan and execute project audits and reviews while facilitating lessons-learned workshops to foster a culture of technical best practices.
skills and experience required.
Approximately 8 years of professional experience within a project-based business environment.
At least 5 years of experience in project teams with a strong focus on software quality assurance methodologies.
Proven expertise in managing quality frameworks such as ISO 9001:2015 and Tier-1 industry standards.
Strong proficiency in agile or lean principles and the ability to guide cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage quality requirements across multiple concurrent bids.
