Own end-to-end testing governance for complex capital markets platforms used across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end testing strategy, plans, and governance for project or release cycles
- Manage and coordinate testing activities, including test execution, risk management, and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Drive quality engineering best practices and continuously improve testing processes across the team
Critical Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in QA/testing within financial services, ideally securities services or asset servicing
- Strong expertise across testing life cycles and methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall)
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Zephyr
