Job Description:
- Support the implementation and oversight of food safety (HACCP & ISO 22000) and quality assurance programmes across the Central Kitchen and outlets (local and overseas)
- Train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene, and proper food handling practices
- Assist with quality assurance testing programmes and new product development initiatives
- Perform routine inspections
- Investigate feedback from customers, outlets, and the Central Kitchen
- Ensure compliance with all SOPs across the Central Kitchen and outlets
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors on maintenance matters related to food safety and quality assurance issues
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Science & Technology or any related fields.
- Minimum 3 year of experience as Quality Assurance role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
