QualityAssurance Executive

Ourclient is a service provider for defence sectors. They arecurrently seeking for Quality Assurance Executive to perform required qualityinspection.

The role ofthe Quality Assurance Executive includes:

• Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and quality-related issues, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
• Monitor and support quality assurance and control activities, including inspections, audits, investigations, CAPA, and KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, WSH, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Manage document control, technical specifications, and quality-related records.
• Support product development, technical evaluation, market research, and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate laboratory, equipment maintenance, engineering, and quality improvement activities.
• Support quality and regulatory training programmes and undertake other projects as assigned by Management.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Materials Engineering and /or pharmaceutical science or health science /or related studies.
• No experience required
• Knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015 / quality assurance principles and practices
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, quality assurance, QMS, or operational compliance
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and sustainability practices
• Foundation in Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement tools is a plus.
• Understand the different evaluation methodologies (Default, AHP, QEM, etc)
