Quality Assurance Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a QA Fresher to join our Quality Assurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career in healthcare quality management and gain hands-on exposure to laboratory operations in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Assist in internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (AABB, FACT, CAP, MOH)

Prepare, review, and update QA documents and reports

Track and follow up on non-conformances and deviations

Work closely with laboratory and operations teams to ensure adherence to SOPs

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or a related field (Mandatory)

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills

Basic understanding of QA processes and laboratory practices is an advantage

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
