Quality Assurance Engineer (West / Pioneer / 5-Day Work Week)

Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System (QMS) to enhance process effectiveness.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve process-related issues.

• Analyze customer complaints and deliver timely, effective responses to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with Customers and Operations teams to ensure new product transfers meet approved manufacturing requirements.

• Prepare and present quality performance metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or an equivalent technical field.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficient, working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.

• Strong command of English, both oral and written, for customer correspondence and report writing.

• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot manufacturing quality issues on the ground from day one.

Preferred Competencies:

• Knowledge of API Q1 standards (Oil & Gas sector exposure).

• Familiarity with the metalworking, machining, or precision engineering industry.

• Clear understanding of engineering risk assessment principles and methods.

• Prior experience utilizing SAP software for quality workflows or ERP tracking.
