Quality Assurance Engineer

The Quality Engineer leads quality assurance efforts across products, processes, and services, ensuring compliance with technical standards through inspections, testing, and data analysis. The role also includes conducting quality system audits and driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Be Part of Our Success

• Support tender/RFP/RFO on Quality Assurance requirements during tender/proposal phase
• Develop and prepare Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) to meet project and QMS requirements
• Support project/ product manager on identifying control points and conduct Quality assessment, reviews and inspection to ensure quality objectives and requirements are met
• Perform internal/ quality system audits to ensure that the quality management system is being practiced and follow-up on the resolution of non-conformance issues/ findings
• Support on vendor qualification/ audits and liaise with operation, procurement and vendor to resolve quality issues
• Participate in quality improvement activities including reviewing of company processes and initiating process improvement program
• Participate in internal / Customer Acceptance Test to ensure that project/product requirements are being validated in accordance with the specified environment and criteria

Qualities We Value

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and/or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar role
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Quality knowledge (ISO9001:2015) is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Working location is in Jurong East
• Singaporeans Only
