As we continue to grow, we're looking for a meticulous QA Engineer to help us deliver a flawless experience to our clients.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and internal platforms. Working closely with developers, product managers, and operations teams, you will design and execute tests that catch issues before they reach our customers - people who depend on us to get every transaction right.

What You'll Do

- Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications, APIs, and internal tools

- Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using JIRA or similar tools

- Perform regression, smoke, functional, and exploratory testing across releases

- Collaborate with developers in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure quality is built in from the start

- Contribute to and maintain automated test suites (UI and API)

- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Help define and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices

- Conduct UAT coordination with business stakeholders where required

What We're Looking For

- 2-5 years of experience in software QA or testing roles

- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and the SDLC

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)

- Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or REST Assured

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

- Good communication skills - able to clearly articulate issues and their impact

- Experience working in Agile teams

Nice to Have

- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or financial services

- Exposure to performance or load testing

- Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript

- Knowledge of SQL for database validation
