Job Scope:
Quality Management System :
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the organization's ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance and drive quality excellence.
- Develop and deliver quality-related training programs tailored for all employee levels to foster awareness and adherence to quality standards.
- Plan, execute, and document internal and external quality audits to verify compliance, identify gaps, and facilitate corrective actions.
- Establish and manage a practical documentation system aligned with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, ensuring document control and revision management.
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to coordinate document revisions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance across all parties.
- Prepare, analyze, and publish monthly Quality Reports to track key quality metrics, audit findings, and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in periodic management review meetings to highlight areas of concern within the QMS and recommend improvement actions.
- Champion the process approach and risk-based thinking principles organization-wide to enhance quality practices and operational efficiency.
Environmental, Health, and Safety :
- Ensure all operational activities comply with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management) standards, policies, and procedures.
- Promote a proactive culture of risk-based thinking and process-driven decision-making related to EHS practices.
- Conduct internal EHS audits to verify ongoing compliance, identify hazards, and support continual improvement of safety and environmental performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies and tools, including 8D reports, Ishikawa diagrams, PPAP, APQP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, and Control Plans.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control functions.
- Certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards.
- Logical thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment and developing mitigation strategies.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
- Proficiency in SAP and Minitab is an added advantage
