Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products through rigorous testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met
- Analyze test results, provide feedback, and support troubleshooting efforts
- Maintain and improve automated testing frameworks and tools
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, processes, and best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 25 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
