Quality Assurance Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer quality concerns and drive continuous improvement for company products and processes.
• Work closely with the process team to resolve quality issues and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform process optimization and benchmarking using statistical methods and related software tools.
• Support and manage external audits in compliance with TS and ISO standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor customer quality support is advantageous.
• Familiarity with statistical tools/software such as DOE, JMP, FMEA, SPC, and writing 8D reports is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
