Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific standards
- Review and approve quality documentation including inspection reports, process control plans, and supplier quality reports
- Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external non-conformances
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits (customer, ISO, regulatory)
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to evaluate and improve quality processes and procedures
- Participate in First Article Inspections (FAI), Process Validation, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities
- Liaise with customers on quality issues and provide timely resolution and reporting
- Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare regular quality reports for management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- 2-5 years of QA experience in a precision manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 experience with other standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 13485) is a plus
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA, and PDCA
- Experience with audit preparation and supplier quality management preferred
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and GD&T
- Good problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills
