- Multi-PlatformManualTesting:ConductthoroughmanualtestingforNotewiseoniOS,iPadOS,Android,andWebplatformstoensureaseamlessexperience.
- CustomerSupport&Feedback:Serveasakeypointofcontactforourcommunity.Youwillreplytocustomersupportemails,troubleshootuserissues,andmonitorfeedbackonplatformslikeReddit,Discord,andAppStorereviews.
- Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:PartnercloselywitheveryoneFounders,SeniorEngineers,Designers,andPMs.You'llbeinvolvedthroughouttheentirelifecycle,fromdesignreviewstofinalrelease.
- SystematicQualityPlanning:Developandexecutetestingplans,includingpre-releasesmoketests,deep-divesintonewfeatures,andregressiontestingaftermajorbugfixes.
